Gallery Place is the largest urban mixed-use project in Washington D.C.’s modern history. Located in the heart of the Capital, it features offices, residences, retail, and entertainment offerings, including a bowling alley and movie theater. CBA provided conceptual planning services for 300,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space, and designed the entry connecting directly to the nearby Verizon Center.
