Located across from the federal Citizenship and Immigration Services (CIS) administrative building, Restaurant Row is 50,000 square feet of retail. CBA thoughtuflly planned the complex to attract area visitors and CIS employees, orienting its primary facades and retailers toward the CIS building. CBA’s site plan, developed in close collaboration with the client to support their business plan, includes parking, landscaping, and access roads.
