Craig Bennett, AIA, LEED AP

Craig Bennett founded CBA in 1994 to offer clients unparalleled personal service, a hands-on approach to project management, and his proven expertise in retail and mixed-use planning. He’s known for his efficiency, effectiveness, and for cultivating lasting relationships with repeat clients, like the Mills Corporation (now part of Simon Property Group), known for their landmark shopping and entertainment destinations. His work also includes the retail planning of Gallery Place, the largest urban mixed-use project in Washington D.C.’s modern history, and shopping malls and office spaces throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. With nearly 40 years of experience, Craig understands his clients’ goals and knows how to help achieve them.

Craig is active in his professional community as a member of the US Green Building Council, the International Council of Shopping Centers, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. He has also shared his insight and expertise for more than a decade as a member of the McLean, VA Planning Committee.

Craig Bennett, AIA, is a Registered Architect in over a dozen states plus the District of Columbia and is a LEED accredited professional. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Maryland.
