Staples office supply stores are typically stand-alone buildings, but this 16,000 square foot tenant fit-out is located in an existing shopping center. The unique location required extensive renovation to accommodate the Staples store model. CBA rebuilt the back wall and raised the roof to meet the retailer’s needs. We also designed the front facade to match their signature style with bold red metal panels, concrete block, and cement fiber siding.
