CBA designed this 14,500-square-foot tenant fit-out for a leading technology company with a contemporary design that includes an open-office layout and exposed ceilings. Conference rooms are placed at the center of the space, while communal work areas are placed closer to the windows to maximize natural light and enhance employees’ well-being.
